We have been in business since 1930 and are one of the most experienced roofing companies in the Twin Cities. We are seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant, preferably with experience in the construction industry.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Customer Liaison,
- Scheduling Estimates,
- Accounts Receivables,
- Answering Phone Calls
- Experienced with Google Calendar,
- Familiar with accounting software. e.g. Quickbooks,
- Experience working with CRM software,
- Comfortable woking in Microsoft Word and Excel,
- Highly organized,
- Posses excellent communication skills,
- Have a positive phone presence,
- Can multi-task.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:30PM.
