We owe our continued success to our employees who proudly embody our mission and values in everything they doTECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST - Minneapolis, MNPosition DescriptionThis position is responsible to collaborate with business subject matter experts and/or business analysts to analyze business requirements and decompose them to create functional specifications for development.·Perform gap analysis and recommend potential solutions, participate in functional requirement elicitation, document functional requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts as needed. ·Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports. ·Analyze existing systems and highlight areas of improvement. ·Monitor industry related standards and requirements related to technology. ·Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications. ·Facilitate changes to functional requirements and specifications. ·Assist in monitoring performance, discover variances and propose necessary actions per requirements. ·Validate the functionality of the end product according to the functional specifications. ·Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, functional requirements documentation, and presentations. Utilize the following tools and technologies: MS Visio, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, TFS, JIRA, Service Now, and SQL.EducationBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or closely related.Required Experience
The qualified candidate must have at least five years of experience working as a Business Systems/Technical or Functional Analyst performing functional requirement writing including five years of experience working with all phases of software development using the following tools and technologies: MS Visio, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, TFS, JIRA, Service Now, and SQL. Qualified candidate must have certified ScrumMaster designation.
