Humera is seeking a Customer Service Administrative Support position for our client in their Aerospace and Defense Services department. Our client, located in Bloomington, MN, is a worldwide leader in producing air and water filtration systems. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity.
This position is comprised of 70% administrative support and 30% customer service. You will be working onsite at a Fortune 1000 Company and one of Minnesota's premiere manufacturers!
  • Provide administrative support to the International Trade Services department such as email management, scanning, faxing, etc.
  • Work with export documents, invoices, A/P, PO's
  • Create and maintain reports
  • Act as a liaison between for assigned customers on order management issues
  • Enter data for new orders, make changes to existing orders and complete required order acknowledgement and customer correspondence in order entry system.
  • Research customer requests or complaints regarding product availability, shipment, quantity, quality, delivery and lead-time.
  • Work closely with manufacturing plants regarding missed shipments, short lead time orders, forecasting, trends and customer concerns.
  • Coordinate efforts between sales, engineering, plants and shipping to fulfill customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong MS Office 2007 skills, including intermediate proficiency in
  • Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • 2+ yrs of administrative support experience
  • 1+ yr of customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualification
  • Previous Oracle experience

  • 8:00-5:00pm Mon- Fri
