  • Prepare new project requests for approval, document and communicate decisions
  • Manage the development of scope, schedules and budgets for assigned all projects or programs including merchant retrofits, test project and unique special projects.
  • Recommend installation contractors, review and approve bids based on independent estimates, conduct negotiations and close out purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate files and a general knowledge of the status of all projects including scope, schedule, budget, store list, priority, approval decisions, and actual spending vs. budget
  • Conduct team meetings to present project status updates and take action to correct problems and/or report conditions that affect the project implementation process
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within quality control standards and within the approved budget
Requirements
  • 4-year degree
  • 2-6 years' experience in project management, store planning or purchasing
  • Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects with key focus on estimating, budgeting and scheduling management
  • Ability to negotiate and demonstrate skills in conflict resolution
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience in public speaking and presenting
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Highly self-motivated and committed to the development of high quality work and productivity
