JOIN US AS A SR MARKETING PROJECT MANAGERIn this role the project manager will be responsible for driving project plans to ensure all CSR marketing plans are executed on time, on budget and in an efficient manner. There will be an opportunity to learn the various channels and disciplines within marketing by managing campaigns inclusive of social, digital, weekly ad, ISM, site placement, cartwheel, TMN, and PR.This individual will partner with multiple internal marketing partners to align timing as well as understand the key stakeholders of the work to bring them together in the right moments to move the work along. There is a need to develop an in-take process to ensure the CSR business team serves up the right priorities for marketing and in return, marketing has a method to share back how we will support their priorities. Finally, this role will be responsible for creating a templated approach to the various one-off needs of the CSR team which require a fast turnaround, often times within 24 hours. Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally to drive the successful completion of Marketing materials for assigned business area(s) including; creating and holding cross-functional partners accountable to timing & action, facilitating the approval process and driving continuous process improvement
  • Troubleshoot with business partners to deliver final solutions on agreed-upon dates, should project fall off plan
  • Manage the approval process by targeting approval milestones within the project's identified process and schedule and manage timelines
  • Manage daily, monthly, quarterly and annual budget activities associated with assigned projects.¬† Adhere to forecast timelines and process and inform team as appropriate.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines at one time
  • Make real time decisions to best keep partners and the work moving forward
