Bulk Reef Supply is a rapidly-growing e-commerce company looking for a strong hands-on manager for its Customer Service team. This role requires a customer focused manager to manage the customer experience at BRS.  Creating a strong customer service team that assists customers with orders, questions and other aspects related to aquariums.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages staff to ensure coverage for inbound calls, email, fax and live chat queue.
  • Monitors productivity and prepares related reports & forecasts.
  • Manages customer orders process, changes or returns.
  • Manages continuous training for all Customer Service Representatives
  • Standardizes procedures for the department
  • Establishes department metrics & goals
  •  

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Four year degree in related area
  • 2-4 years of Customer Service Management experience
  • Experience developing and training staff
  • Working knowledge of multi-line telephone systems
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Thrive in a high energy, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
