Customer Service Manager
Bulk Reef Supply is a rapidly-growing e-commerce company looking for a strong hands-on manager for its Customer Service team. This role requires a customer focused manager to manage the customer experience at BRS. Creating a strong customer service team that assists customers with orders, questions and other aspects related to aquariums.
- Manages staff to ensure coverage for inbound calls, email, fax and live chat queue.
- Monitors productivity and prepares related reports & forecasts.
- Manages customer orders process, changes or returns.
- Manages continuous training for all Customer Service Representatives
- Standardizes procedures for the department
- Establishes department metrics & goals
Required Skills & Experience:
- Four year degree in related area
- 2-4 years of Customer Service Management experience
- Experience developing and training staff
- Working knowledge of multi-line telephone systems
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and written skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Thrive in a high energy, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
