Temp Customer Service Representative
A company in Burnsville is looking for a temporary customer service representative to help during their busy season! This position will last for approximately two months. The length of the assignment could be extended for the right candidate. The hours for this position are 9-5pm Monday-Thursday, and 9-4pm on Friday.
Qualified candidates will have direct customer service experience, preferably over the phone. You must also be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and performing data entry tasks.
Job duties include:
- Making phone calls to customers and scheduling windows of time for technicians to go out to customers' homes
- Taking incoming calls regarding new and current orders
- Performing data entry tasks and other administrative duties as needed.
- Assisting customers with any questions and being proactive in helping to resolve any issues.
