This temporary-to-hire role includes working with various tools to follow a blueprint and complete the product correctly and on time. An ideal candidate will be reliable with past light industrial experience. Hours on this position are 6:00am to 2:20pm with possible overtime starting as early as 5:00am and working on some Saturdays to meet production needs. The pay rate on this opportunity is $12.50 per hour and once taken on permanently the rate would increase to $13.00 per hour with the eligibility to be a part of the bonus program which can earn you an extra $2 to $4 per hour.

*Using power tools including a drill, grinder and rivet/rivnut gun
*Reading blueprints and understanding work orders
*Cross training on various machines to fill in if needed
*Performing quality checks
*Working with team members to maximize efficiency
*Following all safety guidelines
*Other duties as needed
*High school diploma or GED
*Ability to read, write and understand English
*Strong math skills
*Organized, self-motivated and mechanically inclined
*Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints to follow orders
*Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
*Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
