This position is primarily responsible for a wide range of full cycle accounts payable duties. AP processing includes multi-site activity. Other support service, including AR duties, will be assigned as required.   The essential duties and responsibilities are listed below:

Ensure invoices are matched and entered timely and accurately with proper support including: purchase order, receiving and/or approval Invoice entry to include: services, freight materials (3-way match), redistributions Code invoices with appropriate GL account Batch invoices, research and provide documentation to support check runs and wires, file documents Process and support intercompany invoice entry, settlement and reconciliations Research and resolve vendor correspondence and invoice/payment issues Perform month-end duties including compiling invoices for multiple-site accruals Review & reconcile past-due outstanding receipts Maintain filing system that supports multi-user record access Experience with scanning workflow a plus Experience with sales & use tax Perform special projects or assist with other priorities as required Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work with a high volume of invoices, multi-task, and work under pressure Excellent written and oral communication skills with all organizational levels Detail oriented, self-starter, highly accurate and well organized Intermediate or better Excel skills Proficient with integrated ERP systems Requirements Associate degree, Accounting preferred, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3-5 years A/P, A/R and General Ledger experience (preferably manufacturing). Knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies and procedures Sedentary work requiring sitting for long periods of time The team member in this position is required to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally Some travel may be required
