$12-$14 Job Description
  • Answer and manage phone calls
  • Computer savvy
  • Operate internal software program that houses case information
  • Greet and interact with clients and other visitors
  • Prepare, edit, and send basic correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar
  • Collect payment
  • Maintain inventory
  • Attention to detail

  • 8:30am - 5:30 pm
  • 30 minute lunch
  • Willing to stay late some nights when meetings run long
