Pro Staff is hiring for a large warehouse in the Coppell area. All positions are temp-to-hire at 90 days!

Shift Available:

  • Monday – Friday, 11:30am - 8:30pm
  • Compensation:
  • $11.50 per hour. Raise of $0.75 upon hire
  • Temp-to-hire Details:

  • Employees are converted to full time at 90 days!
  • Job Duties:

  • Checks, verifies and pulls freight for customer needs,
  • Perform daily inspections of appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including but not limited to: liftgate, pallet jack and hand truck, radio frequency scanners and printers.
  • Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with established safety procedures as needed to maintain the warehouse stock.
  • Verify and complete required documentation and reports
  • Comply with hazardous material regulations and procedures
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment at all times Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures
  • Job Requirements


    Must have previous warehouse and distribution center experience. Ability to lift / carry by hand freight weighing up to 50 pounds several times a week. Able to push/pull up to 300 lbs using mechanical aids, such as hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, etc. Ability to bend, twist, squat, climb, push and pull and move at a quick speed of pace. Ability to follow instructions and complete required training. Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment. Must have basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors and customers). Must complete pre-employment background check and drug screen!
