Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute follow-up feedback on assigned leads
  • Outbound calling to existing and new customers
  • Relationship development and maintenance
  • Using CRM software to manage sales process and help provide accurate forecasts
  • Quoting contracts
  • Locate, develop, and maintain future clients
  • Be a customer advocate
  • Learn industry terms, roles, and services; leverage knowledge in solution selling to clients
  • Seek to understand the industry’s vocabulary, processes and roles
  • Process Sales Orders


  • 2 yrs or more of sales experience
  • Skill set applicable to position
  • Familiarity with of Microsoft Office products
  • Word
  • Excel
  • Outlook
  • PowerPoint
  • SalesForce

Construction, drafting or other building trade experience is a plus
