·Create and develop strategies to promote REDcard, Target's largest loyalty vehicle.
·Analyze industry trends, guest insights and competitive benchmarks to influence strategic planning including guest acquisition strategies and product/service enhancements that will drive profitable sales, loyalty, and differentiation.
·Build recommendations and gain alignment on complex issues through effectively leveraging expertise, business understanding and industry knowledge including legal/compliance regulations.
·Manage a multi-million dollar budget and P&L for REDcard awareness and acquisition to maximize return on investment.
·Lead cross-functionally and effectively influence without authority to drive business decisions and advance short and long term priorities.
·Develop, test, execute and measure results of breakthrough thinking and innovative solutions to drive new account growth across channels and create best practices.
·Collaborate and manage external bank partner relationship for REDcard strategy and marketing tactics.
·Build strong relationships with key partner teams including Marketing, Guest Insights, Target.com and FRS teams: Legal, Compliance, Risk, Fraud, Finance, Operations and Product Teams.
·4 year college degree
·8+ years relevant work experience.

·Budget management skills
·Experience in a Financial Services (credit cards) and/or retail environment brand management
·Experience developing and implementing guest acquisition strategies including digital expertise
·Vendor relations and negotiations experience
·Understanding of Target brand concepts and standards
