COMMUNICATIONS & DIGITAL SERVICES SPECIALIST

Gray Plant Mooty, a prominent national law firm, is currently seeking a Communications & Digital Services Specialist.

The specialist will conceptualize, create and deliver engaging, persuasive content for internal and external marketing campaigns, presentations, collateral, blogs, website, etc.  In addition, the Communications and Digital Services Specialist will copy, edit, proofread and revise marketing materials, corporate communications and the like.  The specialist will prepare submissions for key directory rankings and awards, and ensure all content in on –brand, consistent with firm style guide throughout all channels of content, from online to in-person. The specialist will manage all steps of writing projects and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day website page updates and assist in ensuring that all website pages are search engine optimized and stays on top of current trends.  The specialist will also run regular reports on the firm’s website analytics and provide interpretation and analysis on key trends.

Qualifications include exceptional oral and written communications skills, demonstrable social networking experience and analytics tool knowledge. Proficiency in Excel, Work and Outlook is required, along with experience in working with content management systems. The specialist will be able to manage multiple projects with impeccable attention to detail and provide excellent client service, working both in groups and individually.  Applicants will have strong time management skills and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.  Four years of marketing/communications experience is required and a bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
