    Humera is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for our client in Wayzata, MN. This position provides administrative and clerical support to run the office. Your duties will help to facilitate the efficient operation of the office and provide information on an as needed basis for customers and internal employees. In addition, the Administrative Assistant supports the office with month end closing duties.
    Duties:
    • Filing
    • Scanning
    • Bookkeeping
    • AP/AR
    • Answering and directing phone calls
    • Organizing and scheduling appointments
    • Handling inquiries
    • Compiling records of office activities
    • Photocopying scanning and faxing
    • Typing documents and correspondence
    • Checking and entering data
    • Keeping office area neat and tidy

    Requirements:
    • Must be able to type 40 WPM
    • 10 key by touch
    • Excel
    • Word
    • General computer programs

    Schedule:
    Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 2:30 pm.
