  • Drives and develops expense and capital optimization
  • Drives strategy and innovations through deep understanding of programs including development of project plans and appropriate communication
  • Defines and leads  vendor routines; creates and maintains productive vendor relationships
  • Recommends and implements short-term goals and initiatives
  • Identifies and recommends process improvements
  • Uses data and experience to uncover issues, complete root cause analysis and resolve issues
  • Ensures compliance in programs
  • Aware of industry trends and develops relationships with contacts
  • Demonstrated subject matter expert within a specific field or discipline

RequirementsMinimum Requirements:
  • 2-year Associate technical degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience in public speaking and presenting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule around sourcing events
