  • Plan and manage Paid Search/SEM and Shopping campaigns to maximize traffic, sales and loyalty through strategy development, campaign execution, management and reporting
  • Conduct ongoing analysis/reporting to measure performance and drive strategy and discussions
  • Test and research new technologies, data and media channels
  • Collaborate with other program managers to support enterprise business objectives
  • Partner with major search vendors to drive innovative solutions through targeting, testing, segmentation and reporting
  • Partner across media, marketing and merchandising to ensure plan and execution alignment
Requirements
  • 4-year Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related areas of study or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years' experience in SEO/SEM is required
  • Strong analytical skills including campaign performance analysis and web analytics
  • Advanced computer skills, including proven experience in Excel (including, but not limited to, pivot tables)
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to peers and stake holders
  • Ability to manage and consume large amounts of data via relationship database structures and synthesize into meaningful insights
  • Solid understanding of testing, segmentation and reporting processes
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt project plans and tasks to changes
  • Up to date on Paid Search space, with knowledge of retail strategies/tactics
  • Passionate about the digital space, specifically SEO/SEM
  • Creative problem solving skills
