Benefits Analyst/Insurance Account Manager

Doherty Top Talent is partnering with a leader in the benefits industry located in Edina, MN. We are seeking a Benefits Analyst/Insurance Account Manager. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with regular business hours, Monday-Friday. Candidates must have previous insurance/healthcare experience, but candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused. Compensation starts at $60,000 annually.

Benefits Analyst/Insurance Account Manager Duties:

· Supporting team to handle daily client calls and emails

· Process incoming mail

· Handle client billing questions

· Handle cancellation notices

· Reviewing insurance policies and auditing for errors

· Sending policies and quotes to potential clients

· Preparing presentations as needed

· Deliver policies as directed by CEO

· Reviewing and editing client contracts with accuracy

· Requesting policy information as necessary

· Other duties as assigned

Benefits Analyst/Insurance Account Manager Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· At least 2+ years in a healthcare insurance background required

· Must display strong Excel knowledge (must be able to use formulas)

· Excellent customer service skills

· Strong written and verbal communication
