  • Lead a team of 12 -15 service center team members toward the achievement of the established quality, productivity, and service level goals
  • Communicate performance expectations
  • Develop, initiate and support team member recognition to create a Fast, Fun, and Friendly environment
  • Initiate and support strategic initiatives aimed at improving work process, guest satisfaction, driving guest loyalty, and reducing unit costs
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of policies and procedures to effectively handle contacts and maximize leadership and development of team
  • Interact with various key business partners; both at FRS, to provide adequate communication and training to team on new policies or procedures and/or to provide others with important guest contact trends
  • Assist with moving team members between phone and email work during the course of the day



·Four year college degree and/or equivalent experience

·1-2 years of leadership experience

·Ability to demonstrate a track record of producing results

·Excellent time management, communication - written and verbal,  interpersonal skills

·Strong passion for the brand and delivering a great guest experience with every interaction

·Proven ability to draft, edit, and reply to guest contacts

·Ability to work independently and be a team player

·Ability to lead and develop team members in a fast-paced environment

·Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

·Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word


  • Previous service center/retail experience
