Pro Staff is currently hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an inbound call center in the Downtown Dallas area. We are looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for customer service to join us as we grow! We expect to start the training class for this position on August 28th.

Job Overview:


Respond to inbound phone calls, up sell/cross sell additional items and resolve customer's issues. Utilize system tools provided to perform job function. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Take inbound calls for order placement Up sell and cross sell additional items Answer inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs Be creative and go above and beyond when assisting our customers Accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance of customer files Ask probing questions and overcome objections
Training rate: $12.00 after the 2 weeks of training the rate will increase to $12.50


Must be flexible to work a shift within the hours of operation: Shift: 8am-9pm m-f /8am-4pm Sat and Sun.  We cannot guarantee a set schedule. You will work 5 days/40 per week.
