2 IMMEDIATE ANSWERING SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED FOR LARGE HOSPITAL 
9:00am to 7:30 shifts  $12/hr
3 days during the week and 1 weekend day either Saturday or Sunday

ANSWERING SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
The Answering Services Representative will serve as a critical point of contact for internal and external guests when
greeting them, recording their requests, and pursuing their requests to a resolution; a lack of
accuracy or completeness, or unnecessary delay, can result in adverse outcomes. Core
competencies of the department include directory assistance, emergency operator services and
page operator services.

May perform other duties as assigned or requested
Uses telephony application to accurately identify and greet caller, record the
caller’s requests, pursue request to resolution and document relevant
information.

Effectively handles and resolves challenging client situations through
appropriate communication methods. Promptly identifies and escalates
challenging situations to the leadership team as appropriate.
