Chief Marketing Director Doherty Career Solutions has partnered with a growing, employee-owned financial institution in their search for a Chief Marketing Director in St. Cloud, MN. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with initial screening by Doherty. Summary The Chief Marketing Director is a senior leader on the executive team. They will be responsible for establishing overall strategy and marketing plan, effectively leading and managing the development and execution of all marketing activity - paid, owned, and earned channels in both traditional and digital media. The marketing team currently consists of 5 employees, 3 of whom have been brought on in the last nine months as this new commitment to marketing arose.

Chief Marketing Director Responsibilities · Lead the development of the vision, strategy and goals for the Marketing organization and ensure the goals are aligned with business goals. · Deliver against the business strategy by leveraging existing marketing and advertising activity as well as identifying, selecting and implementing new campaigns and in support of business goals. · Responsible for organizing and engaging a dynamic, motivated and talented Marketing Team to bring our brand and marketing campaigns up to a best-in-class status to reflect the company's achievements as a #1 top-performing bank and best-in-class security and technology initiatives. · Support the growth and development of the company brand and vision through PR and marketing nationwide and locally at bank branches, and via email marketing, event marketing, digital marketing, and social media marketing including multiple demographic platforms, coordinating with outside vendors as needed. · Oversee website management and redesign, creating an interactive best-in-class experience that attracts national attention as a leader in website design and function, as well as performing as a platform for lead generation through innovative branding initiatives and new lead campaign launches. · Support existing ongoing promotions including customer cross-sell and engagement for Mobile Banking, Online Banking and other remote services related to Retail and Business Banking · Use research-based findings on brand awareness, product research, and web usability to develop recommendations for marketing strategies. · Ensure that all regulatory compliance guidelines and rules are met in all advertising and marketing projects. · Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and planning.

Chief Marketing Director Qualifications · An undergraduate degree in Marketing or Business required; an MBA or similar advanced degree is a distinct plus. · A minimum of seven years of experience of progressively more responsibly marketing roles with at least three in a management capacity. · Understanding of banking products and services, or other regulated industry such as insurance or healthcare. · Strategic plan development, marketing analysis and tactical execution management · Relationship management with outside advertising or marketing firms · Project management, taking a concept from ideation to completion including budgeting · Demonstrated communication and leadership skills - enjoys collaboration and being a team player. · Experience leading all forms of digital marketing including web development, email marketing, social media, and others. · Strategic leader who has a combination of technical know-how, business acumen, and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. · Proven track record in providing strategic direction and vision that has successfully been translated into actionable plans
