Do you consider yourself a people person? Are you experienced in customer service? If so, Pro Staff has the perfect opportunity for you! Our Inbound Customer Service Representative positions are temporary but are predicted to last throughout the rest of the year!

You will be responsible for meeting performance expectations, following a script while assisting callers, documenting in the database and always providing the best customer service possible!


Qualifications:
-25 wpm minimum typing requirement.
-Comfortable working on computer.
-Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
-Background check administered.
-Professional attitude and appearance.
-Ability to read, write and speak English
-Strong work ethic (attendance is critical)
-Ability to work in fast paced environment
-Bilinguals needed and pay increase included!

Compensation:
-$11.50per hour. Benefits package including medical insurance, dental, life & vision. Access to 401(k).
