Calling all customer service candidates!! We have an exciting opportunity to work for a large client in downtown Minneapolis! Knowledge of computers and ability to maintain professionalism and a strong work ethic is a must!

In the role of Inbound Customer Service your job duties will include:
-Providing customer service while answering calls, transcribing them when necessary and documenting in the database
-Keeping up with call logs for company
-Follow a script to assist in your calls.

We do not expect you to do any cold calling! We doe expect strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to type 25 wpm, read write and speak English, have a high school diploma or G.E.D and be able to pass a background check.

-$13.25per hour. Benefits package including medical insurance, dental, life & vision. Access to 401(k). 
-Spanish/English bilinguals earn $1.00 pay differential.

Paid training is provided.  Positions in the call center temporary but are expected to last through the end of the year!  Enjoy a casual work environment, wear jeans to work!
