There is no cold calling involved in this temporary position! You will be managing customer calls, following a script to answer customer questions, following and meeting performance expectations, updating caller information into the database and transcribing calls when needed all while providing exceptional customer service.
All applicants must have a high school diploma or G.E.D and be able to pass a background check. Spanish/ English Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply! Pay starts at $13.25/hr with a $1 more wage increase for bilinguals!
