Customer Service Representative
A well-established legal consulting firm in downtown Minneapolis is currently hiring customer service professionals to work in their inbound call center. In this role you will answer caller questions by following a script, document information into a database, write call logs, and transcribe calls as required. No cold calling or sales! Paid training is provided. Positions in the call center are short-term projects. Enjoy a casual work environment – wear jeans to work!
• Comfortable working on computer and ability to type 25 wpm
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• Ability to pass a Background check
-$13.25per hour. Benefits package including medical insurance, dental, life & vision. Access to 401(k).
