Inbound Customer Service Representative
Do you consider yourself a people person? Are you experienced in customer service? If so, Pro Staff has the perfect opportunity for you in downtown Minneapolis! Our Inbound Customer Service Representative positions are temporary but are predicted to last throughout the rest of the year!
Key responsibilities include:
-Must follow and meet Key Performance Expectations (KPEs) for this role.
-Manage customer calls by delivering exemplary customer service.
-No cold calling or sales! Inbound calls from individuals involved in various legal settlements.
-Be able to follow script when answering customer calls while documenting information in the database
-General database updates.
-Write appropriate call logs for company/counsel
-Transcribe IVR calls as required.
-Take on roles and responsibilities as assigned by manager in a positive and effective manner.
-25 wpm minimum typing requirement.
-Comfortable working on computer.
-Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
-Background check administered.
-Professional attitude and appearance.
-Ability to read, write and speak English
-Strong work ethic (attendance is critical)
-Ability to work in fast paced environment
-Bilinguals needed and pay increase included!
