Pro Staff is currently looking for a handy maintenance technician to work at a dynamic manufacturing company in Green Bay, Wisconsin! Come work for a company that values their employees and enjoy advancements opportunities and a comprehensive benefit program.

In this 3rd shift role, you will set up production equipment, perform preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment, identify defects in parts, and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems. Strong candidates will be able to perform minor welding and part repairs, train production crews in proper use of equipment, and interpret manuals and safety documents.

The hours of this temporary-to-hire role will be 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday-Thursday within a pay range of $14-$19/hour depending on experience.


  • Certificate in related Electrical or Mechanical field from a college or technical school OR six months minimum experience in related field
  • Strong mathematical, troubleshooting, and reasoning skills
  • Ability to lift and/or move 25-50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a moderately noisy manufacturing environment
