Senior Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst

Optum Services, Inc., a UnitedHealth Group company, seeks a Senior Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst for our Eden Prairie, MN location responsible for pro-ject and production support of critical tier 1 applications with the primary focus on system administrator tasks related to the PeopleSoft suite of applications. Requires Bachelor's degree or equiv. in Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 5 years related, progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. Must have exp. with: (1) Installing, configuring, upgrading, patching, perf tuning and migrations for PeopleSoft applications and components including Tuxedo and WebLogic. Work within the following modules of PeopleSoft: CRM, HR, ELM, and FIN; (2) Apache, Java, SSH, SSL, Shell Scripting, Crystal, and COBOL; (3) Solve complex issues with integrated applications and prioritizing issues for escalation. Manage customer expectation and deliver executive level summaries on issues and resolutions to management; (4) Work independently as primary IT resource for projects and efforts with little direction. Gathering requirements and translate into technical specifications. Assist with designing complex solutions based on requirements; and (5) Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems and Oracle Database. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently.
