A direct client of ours located in Eagan is looking for a part-time, temporary Administrative Assistant/Office Clerk to assist with administrative office duties. This will be a Monday- Friday position at 25 hours per week. The schedule will be 1 PM - 5 PM for 4 of the days and then one day at 8 AM - 5 PM. This is a temporary position starting on August 21st and going through the end of the year.
Job duties would include:
- working with Microsoft Office programs
- creating/updating spreadsheets
- greeting customers
- other projects as assigned.
