Job Description:

Job Summary:

Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with players through the delivery of exceptional guest service. Partners with Executive Casino Hosts in accommodating VIP players by making reservations and arranging other amenities as requested. Partners with other departments such as Hotel and Food and Beverage to ensure VIP players' needs are met. Assists with executing all promotions and special events. Assists in the coordination of staffing, administration, set-up, and implementation of promotions and special events while ensuring the highest level of guest service.


Budget/Asset Responsibilities:

Distributes prizes and cash in floor promotions and special events.


Job Duties:

  1. Greets guests and answers incoming telephone calls.
  2. Provides information and service, interacts with guests and issues complimentaries. Handles guest requests and coordinates requests for services with restaurants, hotel and other outside vendors.
  3. Maintains VIP list for upcoming special events. Coordinates player development promotions and special events by handling VIP guest special requests.
  4. Researches and prepares call lists for Executive Casino Hosts as requested by management.
  5. Assists with promotions and special events. Works the casino floor for all promotions, prize drawings, and special events, while providing guest service and floor excitement.
  6. Tracks and monitors all winners and prize distribution. Oversees drawings and assists guests with games, scanning, and seating.
  7. Responsible for promotional issues before, during, and after events.

Requirements:
  1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
  2. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Two years guest service experience in a gaming and/or hospitality environment.
  4. High school graduate or GED.
  5. Knowledge of guest tracking software. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and electronic software.
  6. On feet or standing 50% of time.
  7. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
