Doherty Top Talent has partnered with a large medical facility to fulfill a Patient Scheduler need. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years customer service experience and intermediate computer skills; call center experience a plus, but not required.
Daily responsibilities include:
Answering inbound calls to schedule patient appointments; managing multiple calendars at once.
Directing emergency calls to the correct individuals on staff.
Perform accurate data entry utilizing company specific software.
Must be available to work between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday with rotating holidays.
Must maintain a high level of confidentially when dealing with patient records.
