Humera is seeking one Government Billing, Enrollment & Reconciliation Specialist to who will support Medicaid and Medicare with a special project. This is a long term contract opportunity at our client in Minnetonka.
    The ideal candidate has prior experience in Government enrollment, has strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to prioritize & stay organized to meet deadlines, and work independently once trained.
    • Maintenance of operational and business processes that support efficient and compliant administration of billing, enrollment and reconciliation for government products
    • Organize and send mail/letter communications to new members, MN counties, Care Coordinators
    • Verify members are aligned to appropriate product and benefit set then provide reporting to Medica leadership, care systems, and/or regulatory agencies
    • Responsible for Department of Human Services (DHS) communications and changes by working with Care Coordinators
    • Update spreadsheets and internal systems with any member changes and updates
    • Manage mailbox for receipt, loading and reconciliation of Medicaid enrollment files from regulatory agencies, Care Coordinators and external vendors

  • Minimum education level required to qualify for the position: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in health insurance or managed care environment
