·Directly support client group on holistic OCM aspects (Stakeholder management, Impacts to org, engagements, etc.), with input, guidance, and support from Lead OCM or Leader

·Develop a deep understanding of leaders and team members at all levels within client group, by building knowledge of the talent, health of the team, and the core business

·Accountable for the development of project level engagement plans.This includes writing content and building engagements. (I.e. demo day, immersion room, etc.)

·Develop project communications and engagement tactics

·Works with the OCM Lead to determine cross project impacts

·Makes OCM recommendations based on current project status

·Works with PM to track program timeline and deliverables

·Support project communications and engagements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree B.A./B.S.
  • One or more years of business experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening and collaboration skills
  • Experience with client management and support

Desired Requirements

  • Previous OCM or change experience
  • Project or process management experience
  • Experience with HR policy, process, and/or procedures
  • Experience working in, and contributing to, a cross functional working team
  • Experience outside of the OCM path is welcomed (business, or other HR experience
