Position Summary:
The Channel Sales Strategist is responsible for navigating complex & sensitive situations, driving multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while balancing progress on long-term projects with the urgency of immediate operational demands. 
Incumbent will collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, building strong and sustainable business relationship interacting with all levels of the organization.  In addition to the internal alignment the individual will interacted with outside consulting firm and a software companies on projects and platforms. 
Incumbent must be effective at driving to milestones in situations where he/she is working with others that are managing many priorities.  This individual will balance a mix of data analytics, operational, programmatic, and strategic responsibilities in support of developing the professional display B2B channel business. Responsibilities include:
Project Management:
Effectively manage and lead numerous simultaneous projects, ranging from partial day assignments to large complex multi-party, cross-functional projects.  Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work flows, gathering and synthesizing relevant data from a number of stockholders, leading analyses, developing final recommendations and tracking outcomes.
Strategic Planning:
Enhancing the organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate sales and marketing strategies to achieve mutual agreed upon targets.  Responsible for consistently tracking the development of such strategies in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.  A few examples are:
• Oversee development of field/HQ annual, semi-annual and quarterly business planning/quota processes
• Analyzing industry trends, competitive threats, market growth opportunities and customer insights then assist in reporting on recommendations
• Driving the cadence and content for business planning, operational, and strategic reviews with internal and external customers
• Utilize a verity of internal and external data sources to develop recommendations on white space’s where additional sales activities would like yield increased sales opportunities
Operations:
Creating complex presentations – analyzing data, determining how best to present the information, and creating the slides.  Analyze operations to identify key metrics and opportunities for effective business operations of the Business Unit.  Drive associated initiatives to improve performance and success of the Business Unit
Tracking and reporting priorities and objectives for the department leader’s staff. Tracking open items and due dates, working with staff to determine status and helping ensure objectives are achieved.
Background/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree with 5 plus years of experience required
o Finance, Economics or Statistics focus a plus
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with strategic planning, analytics and project management
• Knowledge of commercial B2B IT Channel and industry data a plus
• Working knowledge of outside data services and outsourced business process organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Saleforce.com, SAP and Visio 
Necessary Skills/Attributes
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders within and outside the company. Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects. Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels. Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.
