CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
Doherty Staffing Solutions has a Customer Support opportunity at our client company located in Merrifield, MN. Our client offers great day shift hours from 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday with hours 7:30am-4pm every 4th week. The pay is $12.50-$13.00 depending on skills and experience.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES
· Process all purchase orders received in an efficient and timely manner, following departmental procedures and work instructions
· Expedite orders to ship on schedule or contact the buyer to arrange an alternate date
· Provide courteous communication both internally and externally
CUSTOMER SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS
· Skilled with Microsoft office
· Basic key boarding skills
· Excellent communications skills
· High school diploma or equivalent
