  • Lead analytical workstreams on strategy consulting-like engagements that identify and seek to harness enterprise or business unit growth opportunities
  • Perform/ lead research and analysis on consumer, market, competitive, and financial data to build strategies and business cases for competitive differentiation and growth
  • Create high-quality presentation materials to communicate findings and conduct rigorous economic/ financial modeling to support business cases and scenario analyses
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the team's business decisions and long-term transformation efforts
  • Support the strategy leadership team in team development efforts and actively contribute to the team's professional and fun culture
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree with a minimum of two years of strong business or consulting experience
  • Strong strategic, analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and financial skills
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly and accurately
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team and business partners on a regular basis
  • Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex findings to focus on critical issues and actionable opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and comfortably in ambiguous situations
  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy and/ or investment banking is a plus
