Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Pro Staff is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an Insurance Company located in Overland Park! This individual will be responsible for providing professional phone based customer service to insurance policy holders and medical providers. The hours are 8:00 AM -5:00 PM, Monday - Friday and paying $17.00/hr.
- Associates Degree
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service based experience in a phone based environment, such as a call center
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical Insurance product knowledge is required
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities
