As a Finance and Insurance Field Trainer, you will be training dealership Customer Specialists and Team Leads on menu presentations, finance products, overall Per Vehicle Revenue (PVR) knowledge as well as rate objections and reservations. There will also be opportunities to assist with the creation of content and facilitation of training for company-wide initiatives. You have the opportunity to participate in the 13 week Customer Specialist Training program by being a guest speaker in class as well as assisting with the facilitation of menu testing. In addition, you will serve as support for our centralized Finance Center by providing knowledge of various lender programs as well as assisting with getting difficult deals approved.

 In-store training with customer specialist's on:
- Menu presentation
- Rate objections/reserve
- Finance Products
- Overall PVR knowledge
 In-store training with Team leads
 Participate in week 1 CST classroom training
 Assist in CST menu testing
 Finance center/department support
- Knowledge of lenders and programs
- Ability to get difficult deals approved
 Assist with changes in group structure as it pertains to menus and products
 Assist WAG training department in creation and implementation of material
 Embrace and exhibit CORE values
 All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Finance experience
  • Must have at least 3 years of traditional dealership F&I experience, or a combination of traditional dealership F&I paired with Sales Manager experience.
  • Experience working both collaboratively and independently, and the ability to make quick and smart decisions
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be organized with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Must have excellent computer skills; a minimum of intermediate level in all MS Suite
  • Ability to think strategically, anticipating future consequences and trends
