Bullseye Marketplace is our curated digital media marketplace; spanning Video, Display, Native, Social and Audio advertising today, with plans for further expansion. This position supports the Trading Team's automated media buying strategy, execution and technical foundation.  They will contribute to a best in class digital media function; working with a stellar brand, collaborating with premier marketers and publishers and providing support to several nationally renowned agencies.   • Support campaign management, optimization strategies and execution, encompassing:
    • Margin management, ensuring profitable revenue
    • Target guest (consumer) reach
    • Ad decisions that fuel marketing goals: Store/Digital Traffic, Store/Digital Sales, Brand Engagement
  • Manage the execution of a set of campaigns through the Target Trading Team Desk
    • Always-on campaign support
    • New platform testing and best practice creation
  • Analyze buyer/seller behavior to identify trends and optimize pricing
  • Work closely with Target Analytics teams to ensure the application of effective data, analytics and analytical tools
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of ad functionality, supply and demand, and delivery mechanisms to achieve operational scale
  • Collaborate with cross functional groups including media activation, sales, media strategy, partner agencies, ad product, and finance to identify pricing and revenue opportunities
Requirements
  • B.S. and/or B.A. (4 years)
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience including:
    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (programmatic or social media)
    • 2+ years ‘hands-on-keyboard' executional experience with PMPs (Brand Networks, 4C) and social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and outcome focused personality
  • Track record of thinking strategically and delivering results
  • Refined communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of data acquisition and application
  • Strong mathematical, statistical and analytical skills
