This position owns test structure and orchestration for the Trading Team to develop best practices and meaningful KPIs/metrics.  They will contribute to a best in class digital media function; working with a stellar brand, collaborating with premier marketers and providing guidance to several nationally renowned agencies.   • Leads orchestration of tests initiated from business leads, tracks all automated testing activity and analyzes outcomes to develop best practices and apply learnings
  • Represents automated media measurement and testing needs with key stakeholders and in support of enterprise initiatives
  • Supports development of optimization strategies and execution, encompassing:
    • Margin management, ensuring profitable revenue
    • Ad decisions that fuel marketing goals
      • Store/Digital Traffic
      • Store/Digital Sales
      • Brand Engagement
  • Support the execution of campaigns inclusive of testing, at times including hands on execution of programmatic and/or paid social
  • Work closely with Target Analytics teams to ensure the application of effective data, analytics and analytical tools
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of ad functionality, supply and demand, and delivery mechanisms to ensure optimal test set up and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross functional groups including media activation, media strategy, enterprise measurement, partner agencies and ad product teams to identify efficiencies and optimization opportunities
  • B.S. and/or B.A. (4 years)
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing focused on analytics or media execution
  • Of which, ideally 4+ years ‘hands-on-keyboard' executional experience with PMPs (Brand Networks, 4C) and social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and outcome focused personality
  • Track record of thinking strategically, leading learning plans and delivering results
  • Refined communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of data acquisition and application
  • Strong mathematical, statistical and analytical skills
