Partnership Resources, Inc. (PRI) is a non-profit organization licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services to provide day training and habilitation services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. PRI currently has openings for both fulltime and part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) positions in our day program and supporting employment settings. In these positions, the DSP responsibilities include creating and supporting community and leisure opportunities while providing direct care and case management to your own caseload. This may also involve supporting clients working in a community based employment opportunity.
PRI provides a supportive and dynamic environment where staff success and growth is as valued as client success. We provide onsite and offsite continuing education to all staff on a yearly basis including Medication Administration, CPR/First Aide, along with required 245D training and many other skill building trainings. PRI offers staff a generous benefits package to staff including medical, dental, life, disability, paid time off, holiday pay and retirement plan with employer contribution.
Open positions work schedule is Monday through Friday with day-time hours (30-40 hours/week). Starting salary for fulltime is $26,250 - $28,350 depending on qualifications and full benefits package included. Part-time starting salary ($10.50-$13.00/hour depending on qualifications) and benefits included.
Experience working with people with disabilities preferred and prior job coaching experience is a plus.
