Responsibtilities:

Job duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for preparation and completion of bank reconciliations
  • Responsible to post all payroll Journal Entries and uploads
  • Reconcile benefit statements and corresponding general ledger accounts
  • Assist with all projects related to payroll
  • Complete payables related to payroll
  • Reconciling and reporting across multiple legal entities

Qualifications:

  • Must be a highly organized, detail orientated multi-tasker
  • Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Must have good time management skills
  • Must work well with a team
  • Experience with multiple legal entities and intercompany transactions strongly preferred
  • Prior ADP/CDK experience strongly preferred
  • 4-year Accounting degree strongly preferred, minimum of a 2-year Accounting degree required
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant payroll accounting experience required
