Hunter Hamilton is seeking a part-time Accounting Assistant to join a growing distribution company in the N. Metro. This is a great opportunity to join a large accounting team and assist the retail dept. 

Responsibilities:  -Enter monthly payroll into software program, verify employees address, & social security numbers, print monthly or quarterly reports
-Code daily report,  statements, manual checks and bank statements.   -Calculate sales tax and advise dealers if necessary -Reconcile monthly bank statements
-Assist CPA with preparing tax return product 
-Periodically update and maintain Excel spreadsheets for the department. 

Skills:
-2+ years of accounting experience
-Strong data entry skills
-Ability to work a flexible schedule (varies from 25-40 hours per week)
-Experience with ERP system
-Experience with Excel
