Are you a whiz with Microsoft Excel? Do you have a passion for attention to detail? THE RIGHT STAFF is now seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Plymouth.

Administrative Coordinator duties:
Data Entry
Compiling information from vendor websites into a package for customers to view and choose from
Reading house plans
Answering phones
Following up with clients via phone and email
Ensure accuracy of purchase orders
Manage customer web interfaces to determine scheduling
Develop process efficiencies using enterprise software and Excel
General office tasks

Administrative Coordinator requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication
Proficient with using a PC
Problem solving
Passion for learning about company products and services

Administrative Coordinator details:
Located in Plymouth, MN
Hours: Monday through Friday 8: 00 A.M. To 5: 00 P.M.
Direct Hire
Pay starts at $16.00 per hour
