  • Develop strategy and process for onboarding new partners to buying platforms
  • Identify key partnerships to foster proprietary media advantages
  • Evaluate and negotiate publisher partnerships
  • Lead the on-boarding of media publishers to our media buying tools
  • Assist with testing of publisher connections
  • Expand marketplace reach to new, guest-identified channels
  • Challenge publishers to unlock programmatic & guest-focused capabilities
  • Communicate innovation and marketplace capabilities
  • Evangelize Bullseye Marketplace capabilities to key stakeholders
  • Assist with core Bullseye business functions (education, publisher forums, QBR's, et al)
  • Share marketplace POV's, on media landscape and opportunities
  • Work with publishers, agencies and platforms to enable strategic publisher priorities
  • Collaborate with media Product Marketers
  • Support product owner roadmaps
  • Identify unique content, placements and inventory opportunities
  • Provide marketplace insights for product positioning
  • Ensure marketplace meets product demand
  • Gather feedback from teams to improve Bullseye connections and capabilities
  • Establish, maintain and hold publishers accountable to Bullseye Marketplace standards
  • Manage Bullseye Marketplace as a marketplace of media & guests
  • Direct publishers to create unique deal taxonomies to support Target's media buying strategy
  • Ensure brand safety compliance & placement transparency
  • Protect TGT brand from negative industry trends (bot fraud, ad blocking, et al)
  • Collaborate with Target Trading team
  • Utilize operational insights for marketplace negotiations and best practices
  • Forecast guest reach to improve cost and scale expectations
  • Operationalize Bullseye capabilities for product automation at scale
  • Ensure marketplace supply exceeds demand
  • Build, maintain and refine always-on inventory connections that span all channels
  • Achieve guest reach with unique inventory access and differentiated buying methods
  • Adopt new media capabilities to improve guest find & win rates
  • B.S. and/or B.A. (4 years)
  • 3-6 years' experience in data driven, platform based media buying
  • 4 years' experience effectively leading, managing and developing media campaigns
  • Track record of thinking strategically, delivering results and managing operations
  • Experience in managing advertising and media agencies
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at developing strong relationships
  • Understanding of mobile app, mobile web and desktop advertising
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid project management skills and experience
  • Strong analytical skills and data acumen
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects
  • Extensive experience with developing and managing strategic partnersDesired Requirements
  • Experience with demand side platform (DSP) media planning & buying or Supply Side Platforms (SSP) and yield management
  • Hands-on keyboard media planning and buying with automated buying tools
  • Experience across display, mobile, and video advertising
  • Experience working across many data types and forms
  • Experience with ad serving partners such as DCM
  • Publisher experience a plus
