JOIN US AS A LEAD PRODUCT OWNER - CONNECTIVITY (BROOKLYN PARK TECH CAMPUS)PRIMARY FUNCTIONThe Lead Product Owner role will be a dedicated role leading the engagement and alignment of priorities with our customers and engineering teams. The Lead Product Owner is the primary customer contact for the product. This role will span multiple products within the Connectivity organization and will partner with the various Sr. Managers and Technical Experts to align priorities and resources to support our customers. The “PO” is ultimately accountable for what needs to be worked on and delighting our customers.  PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drafts key business objectives and strategies for the product(s) - representing a customer's viewpoint
  • Possess an understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies as it relates to Connectivity Products
  • Accountable for created product(s), working in the product model and communicating with business partners 
  • Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholder management for the product(s)
  • Assess value, develop cases, prioritize stories, Epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that align to product strategy and roadmap
  • Ensure stories and/or Epics clearly communicate the customer and stakeholder needs to the team, Sr. Manager, Scrum Master and Technical Expert 
  • Is empowered, highly knowledgeable on Connectivity Products and available to the customer and the Team
  • Decides and ultimately says “yes” to what can be done and “no” to what can't be done
  • Owns tops down priorities from the customer and works to align with the Sr. Manager and Scrum Master of the owned product
  • Identifies, communicates and memorializes risks
  • Collaborates with Sr. Manager to build a customer view of financials and accounting for resources on an annual basis  
  • Partners with Sr. Manager on forecasting, accounting and operational processes
  • Provides competitive analysis, monitoring, Market, SWOT and Gap Analysis to key stakeholders.
  • Encourages the open exchange of information and viewpoints
  • Inspires others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organizations direction
  • Foster a sense of urgency in to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years in a Product strategy role
  • Must have 5-7 years of expertise with Network and/or Server Hosting/Storage
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Strong financial experience
  • Strong communication skills

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Product Owner certification
