Doherty Top Talent is currently partnering with an expanding company located approximately 30 min from St. Cloud, MN. We are seeking a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative. The schedule for this position is Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30. Compensation is $15-$17 depending on experience.
Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
• Entering and processing customer orders, Domestic and International, Distributor and web orders.
• Communicating with Sales Managers and Rep Agencies.
• Answering Phones and processing all customer requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Processing daily mail and filing.
• Processing daily deposits.
• Daily invoicing and end of day Processes.
• Be knowledgeable in all customer service positions and provide support for all team members as needed.
• Become knowledgeable in the products we sell to provide assistance to customers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative Requirements/Qualifications:
· English/Spanish Speaking
· Inbound and outbound phone experience
· Intermediate computer skills
