Job Summary:
The Farm Nutrients Scalehouse Clerk handles all scale ticket input for manure sales during the fertilizer season, directs truckers to correct field and ensures adequate amount of product is shipped. Hours will include some weekends and be dependent on the weather.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensures a signed intent is in place before product is shipped
• Inputs scale tickets for manure sales into Agris daily and ensures ticket entries are accurate
• Applies scale tickets to the correct field and ensures field is not over shipped
• Runs daily/monthly Agris reports to ensure all scale tickets are accounted for and applied to the correct contract
• Maintains an organized filing system in the scalehouse for tickets, intents, and other field information
• Provides truckers copies of scale tickets, maps to the field and any needed directions
• Takes calls from customers and tracks fields that are ready for hauling
• Keeps the scalehouse clean
• Work availability is dependent on weather

A trained designee will be appointed by management to cover for absences or vacancies; refer to Rembrandt Foods site-specific facility back-up matrix on file.

• Experience working in a scalehouse

• Office equipment: fax, copier, computers, printers, telephones, hand-held radios, calculators
