Pro Staff has partnered with a leading medical device manufacturer to add to their growing team! We are currently looking for experienced Electromechanical Assemblers for a full-time, 1st shift position with great opportunity to cross-train into different areas. Ideal candidates for this position will have a strong work history, a problem-solving attitude, and a willingness to learn new processes. This position does have immediate openings with a pay range of $15-$18 per hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Observes, follows and advocates all environmental health and safety rules. • Lays out and assembles basic electrical assemblies, subassemblies or machines.  Reads, interprets, and uses diagrams, drawings, schematics, sketches, and detailed verbal instructions. • Comprehends work orders and Bills of Materials and executes accordingly.  • Performs basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. • Works well with supervisor, manager, engineer and planner to solve problems and identify respective issues.
• Able to reference computer monitors for material status and availability as required.
• Advocates and embraces the continuous improvement process; processes are constantly evaluated and improved in the light of their efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility. • Performs any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIRED FOR POSITION:
• High school degree or equivalent. • Two (2) years of previous assembly experience desired and/or one (1) year of related vocational education. • Demonstrated experience using basic hand tools. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. • Learns, understands, and is able to implement all Company policies, practices and procedures.
