Join a close-knit team of financial professionals as a key support member of their firm. THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking an experienced administrator with prior marketing experience including direct mailings, website maintenance, and event planning. The Client Service Manager will serve as a key communicator between clients and staff. Individuals should be heavily customer service focused, meticulously detailed and have strong administrative skills.


CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Utilize creative marketing tactics; maintain the website and social media platforms and manage client onboarding and milestone achievements.
• Create company communications, newsletters, and more. Also, manage all company mailing requests and deliverables.
• Plan small to med range meetings and events for clients and staff. Develop educational seminars, recognition events, and community involvement opportunities.
• Prep for client meetings; support meeting set-up, greet clients and provided a positive client experience.
• Complete assigned projects independently in a timely fashion.
• Follow compliance requirements, and be mindful of client information and details.
• Aid in account servicing, assisting with account paperwork, creating, scanning, processing, indexing and more.
• Provide scheduling support, manage the financial planning calendar, and client meetings, set appointments and make reminder calls.
• Provide phone support, answer incoming calls, and make outgoing calls as needed.

CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
• 4-year college degree required.
• Must have a positive energy, be a self-starter, be loyal to clients and firm, be a client advocate, and have strong follow through skills from start to finish.
• Must have a meticulous attention to detail, and be able to deal with sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Must also be able to multitask and adapt to flexible priorities.
• Must have a high level of professional client service experience and skills.
• Need to be experienced with technology, i.E. Work, Excel, Outlook. Prior SalesForce or other CRM experience is preferred, not required.

• Monday thru Friday, 8: 00 A.M. To 5: 00 P.M. With flexibility when needed
• Pay: Dependent on Experience: 18+
• Located in Woodbury
• Contract to Hire
